Nu

With a Michelin Rosette, Nu is pretty much the best for date-night or the place to go if you want to impress your parents. We've been a few times, and every occasion has been just as impressive as the last. 

The chef, Situ Manzano, is brilliant. He typically works right in front of restaurant guests, dishing up exquisite plates. We've been with larger groups a couple times and the staff have all been utterly accommodating. 

You definitely need to try their take on the ceviche, served with passion fruit, or the lobster, if it's on the menu. Every dish is light and healthy, no unnecessary sauces, but it's also very down-to-earth. We love Nu, and cannot wait until next time.
