Bionectar

Currently Girona's only raw vegan restaurant, Bionectar is a wonderful little place for fresh juices, guilt-free desserts and large filling salads and other creative vegan dishes. 

They have a daily lunch menu for €12~ including a juice and a main, but it's worth trying a few different things on the menu. Juices are available take-away. 

They offer classes and holistic lifestyle education in the back of their beautiful retail/restaurant space.
